G Goddard - Landscapes

Paintings primarily of the hills and woodland of the Weald
About
I am an artist practicing plein air painting as a way of being in relationship with the living natural world and its flux of seasonal change. My working understanding of painting is as a medium for composing structures of abstract relationships, all working together to express a visual idea of nature's organic patterns. Currently, I'm learning how to build from my plein air work in the studio. Based in Surrey, in the UK.
